Ms Gwyn Morgan is the Research Administration Manager for Swinburne Research. Gwyn manages all pre award and post award ARC and NHMRC application matters. Gwyn is secretary to the Board of Research and also coordinates the production and maintenance of all research related policy and procedure. Mr Ryan Wendt is the Research Communications Coordinator for Swinburne Research. Ryan coordinates various projects that invariably aim to raise the research profile of Swinburne University. Ryan also manages the Swinburne Research website and writes and distributes the fortnightly ‘Swinburne Research Bulletin’. Please contact Ryan for any queries concerning the marketing of Swinburne’s research outcomes or for any generalised research sponsorship queries.

Ms Asha Rawlings is the Grants and Publications Coordinator for Swinburne Research. Asha collates the Research Publications Return for the annual DEEWR Higher Education Research Data Collection, coordinates all internal research funding distributed by the Board of Research and submits external grant applications. Asha is also secretary to the Internal Grants Committee and the Associate Deans (Research) Committee. Mrs Juliette Leclair is the Research Administration Officer for Swinburne Research. Juliette handles general research administration matters and coordinates the execution of research contracts. Juliette also assists in other areas of Swinburne Research (such as ethics) when the need arises. Mr Keith Wilkins is the Research Ethics Officer for Swinburne Research. Keith coordinates the review of applications for ethics clearance and services the various Swinburne ethics committees and cub-committees (both Human and animal). Ms Emma Stephens is the Swinburne Research Accountant from Wednesday to Friday. Emma coordinates the creation of new research accounts and collates all data for the annual research income collection. Please contact Emma for questions relating to research grant accounts.
