- 2008 Grant Funding Opportunities Calendar This is a calendar of funding opportunities which is updated on a fortnightly basis by Swinburne Research. It lists funding opportunities in chronological order according to date due at Swinburne Research. Each grant listed includes a link to the relevant website where further details about the opportunity can be found.
- Community of Science (COS) Funding Database The Community of Science is a leading global resource for hard-to-find information critical to scientific research and other projects across all disciplines. Find funding with COS Funding Opportunities: a comprehensive funding resource, with more than 23,000 records representing nearly 400,000 opportunities, worth over $33 billion.
- Grants.gov Grants.gov allows organizations to electronically find and apply for more than $400 billion in US Federal funding. Grants.gov is the single access point for over 1000 grant programs offered by all American Federal grant-making agencies. Using a various searching techniques and specific criteria, applicants can search for particular funding opportunities in their field. It is particularly useful for International (and Australian) researchers that wish to find information about recently funded US Federal grants.
- Philanthropy Australia Philanthropy Australia is the national Association which represents Australia's leading grantmaking Private, Family and Corporate Trusts and Foundations. There is a variety of information on their web site for grantmakers, grantseekers, researchers and other interested parties.
- FEAST Database The Forum for European - Australian Science and Technology (FEAST) is a joint Australian-European initiative aimed at identifying, supporting and strengthening linkages and cooperative ventures between Australia and Europe in the fields of research and technological development. FEAST operates an informative website with a partner search facility and has a small office in Canberra, Australia.
- Jason Database Joint Academic Scholarships On-Line Network (JASON) is a national online system of postgraduate scholarships. It contains information on scholarships available for postgraduate research projects and course work. This includes overseas scholarships which may be tenured in Australia, among other possible countries of study.
- ASiE Database
ASiE (Australians - Study in Europe!) is a web based initiative dedicated to
helping prospective Australian postgraduate students research funding and
opportunities to pursue postgraduate studies in the countries of the European
Union. The aim is to produce and update as much as possible all information
concerning grants and scholarships available to Australian students seeking
